No Scale

I no longer have a working scale. Do to a child running around naked and still not quite potty trained my electronic scale has died. I will try and fix the scale...bring it back to life...but if I'm not successful then I will learn to live without a scale.

And that may be just what I need. I have been weighing twice a day for several months now and that has been the tool that has helped me maintain my weight. Now without that constant in my daily life, I will probable relearn the no extras no matter what for a while. And then begin to judge by way of how clothes fit and how I look.

Just another challenge in the journey to better health.

Wow. That'll be a big deal, but probably a good idea. I can't wait to hear how it goes with no scale.

It's not so much the cost of the scale as it is the fact I have strep and with that cost and my 3 year-lds bills for breaking his calvical all adds up. A new scale will need to weight a while.
