I think I'm Ready

I've been giving my weight loss a lot of thought lately and I have decided that I have to get back on a track in a serious way. I've been using milk with my protein shakes lately and I have been chewing less gum. That will change today.

The milk close to doubles the calories in a protein shake, so back to making them with water today. Chewing gum is one thing I did to keep from snacking. I will buy lots of gum today so I can have some in each vehicle, at work and at home. I will also begin taking Hoodia again. That helps with the cravings.

I wold like to get down to 250 by Christmas. I know I can do it. It will also increase my wardrobe because I have several pants and shirts that almost fit, but don't right now. They'll fit when I hit 250.

I'll weigh in beginning tonight and start posting weigh ins most days.

Good for you! It sounds like you are ready to get going again. You sound much more confident. Can't wait to watch you go! - well, watch through the blog since I can't actually see you!
